Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel a new subscription or purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund, without giving any reason.
Important exception: If you begin using the Service within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that the right to a full refund may be reduced proportionally to account for the service already provided. By ticking the box during registration, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge this condition.

When you cancel a subscription, it does not renew. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first โ we're here to help resolve any issues quickly.
Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests or account creation for the sole purpose of obtaining refunds).
