Refund Policy

1. Your statutory right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel a new subscription or purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund, without giving any reason.

Important exception: If you begin using the Service within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that the right to a full refund may be reduced proportionally to account for the service already provided. By ticking the box during registration, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge this condition.

When you cancel a subscription, it does not renew. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your username and the email address registered on your account
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 5 business days
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“10 business days to the original payment method

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first โ€” we're here to help resolve any issues quickly.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined if there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests or account creation for the sole purpose of obtaining refunds).

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law. If you believe we have not honoured your statutory rights, you may contact:
