PetSage (petsage.click) is a digital subscription service providing AI-powered pet care guidance. The service is entirely digital and delivered immediately upon payment. We are registered in England and Wales.
Service description: PetSage provides general pet care information, nutrition guidance, and behaviour tips via an AI chat interface. It is an informational service only and does not constitute veterinary, medical, or professional advice.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Users are notified of upcoming renewals and can cancel at any time from their dashboard.

One-time passes do not renew. Access ends at expiry with no further charge.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) for UK customers and EUR (€) for EU customers, based on the customer's location at checkout. All displayed prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable under UK/EU law. VAT is applied in accordance with the digital services tax rules for the relevant jurisdiction.
Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other cards accepted by Stripe in the customer's country.
PetSage does not store, process, or have access to card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as PETSAGE.CLICK or PETSAGE.
PetSage reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. New prices take effect at the next renewal after the notice period. Customers may cancel before the new price takes effect if they do not wish to continue at the new rate.
PetSage does not currently offer free trial periods. Users may cancel within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Full details are in our Refund Policy. In summary: customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of first purchase under UK and EU consumer law, provided the service has not been substantially used. Partial pro-rated refunds may apply for used service.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the user's dashboard (Subscription & Billing section) or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — there is no charge after cancellation.
